ZOOPOLE development has at its disposal an area composed of 5 offices of 22m² each for project directors and creators of enterprises.

The space is accessible 24h/24 and 7h/7 and you have at your disposal a fully equipped office.

At the center of ZOOPOLE

Each office is equipped with a set of furniture and a telephone fax.

Rent includes phone subscription and a broadband connection/DSL connection

In addition, a meeting room and a shared photocopier are at the disposal of each occupant.

If you possess an innovative project; your project will be reviewed by an Accreditation Committee who will allow you to have an office for free for six months.

If you have just created a young innovative enterprise; contact us, we will offer you a range of accommodation in form of business incubators at a preferential rate for a period of 23 months.

Your performance at ZOOPOLE affords you access to specific services tailored to your development such as :

• - support from advisers on the creation of an enterprise on ZOOPOLE development,
• - participation in conferences and specialized training organised at the site,
• - access for your members of staff and your visitors at the restaurants of ZOOPOLE enterprises
